Deleting Your Date Tracker Account
You can permanently delete your Date Tracker account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
Deleting from the app (recommended)
Open the Date Tracker app and sign in.
Go to the Help screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to sign in to delete your account yourself, email us at support@datingintentionallypod.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data from our production servers, including your profile, the people you are dating ("Daters"), your date logs and reflections, and your goals and dealbreakers.
We do not retain your data for any other purpose once deleted, except where required by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google Play, not through Date Tracker. To stop billing, cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account. You can manage Apple subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
